Our Story
Jamie's Dessert Bar started with a simple conviction: Brooklyn deserved a place where dessert wasn't an afterthought — it was the main event.
Every recipe is tested, refined, and retested until it earns a spot on our menu. We work with local dairy farms, chocolate makers, and fruit growers because great desserts start with great ingredients. Our bakers arrive before dawn so you can walk in at 10 and find warm croissants waiting.
